I am an accomplished professional in the culinary arts with extensive experience as a Private Chef and significant international exposure from working closely with numerous high-profile clients encompassing royalty, VIPs, celebrities, and other prominent personalities. I am passionate, creative and innovative, with well-developed nutritional expertise, and profound knowledge of individual dietary requirements driven by seasonality and quality ingredients.

I have worked within the food industry throughout my career, originally learning the trade as a kitchen porter in a pub in my hometown. I progressed to working in restaurants in Cambridge and Cornwall before embarking on a global adventure and began working on super yachts as a chef and deckhand. I travelled all over the world cooking for various clients at all levels of dining and gaining an intimate knowledge of cookery and global cuisine.

I later focused on land-based positions, developing an extensive knowledge of private catering through working as a private chef for various wealthy families, prominent personalities and high-net-worth individuals at global locations including the south of France, London and the USA.

Most recently I was Private Chef for a prominent singer/songwriter and his family, which involved extensive travel across Europe and the USA. Currently I am acting Head Chef in the UK for a Canadian businessman and his family, travelling between different properties in London, Switzerland, Canada, and the Caribbean. This includes daily menu planning as well as catering for private functions and business meetings.

I have extensive international exposure to global cuisine and a diverse knowledge of various dietary requirements including gluten free, kosher, halal, low sodium, vegan and weight loss diets. I offer profound knowledge and expertise in food preparation and presentation with an exceptional attention to detail, consistently maintaining very high standards of hygiene whilst demonstrating a high degree of finesse in food presentation and appearance. I possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and I have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and work within immovable deadlines, drawing on personal resourcefulness and creativity in sourcing ingredients at short notice and with limited options in remote locations. I am creative and innovative, with an ability to envision and develop original ideas and concepts, with all food prepared from scratch to suit individual client preferences with a strong focus on nutrition and seasonality.
